We’re grateful to The Pennsylvania Family Institute, for permitting us to share in the stewardship of “The Governor Shunk Mansion,” at 23 North Front Street in Harrisburg. The historic brownstone is the former home to Pennsylvania governor, Francis R. Shunk – the Pittsburgh lawyer who died of tuberculosis at this very address shortly after his re-election in 1848.

If you’re spending the day in Harrisburg, we’re within reach of hotels, restaurants and The State Capitol. It would be our pleasure to help you plan the visit.
