It’s been 10 years since we nailed up the Churchill Strategies shingle. In the beginning, everyone asked about the business model—our failsafe plan to keep the enterprise afloat. Who was our banker? What about a prospect list? And exactly what did we know about insurance, worker’s compensation, payroll, and estimated tax payments? The truth is that we knew little to nothing at the beginning, and haven’t matured into experts yet.
